Article 2 – Purpose
These terms govern the sale of clothing, accessories, and related products offered on auroracharms.com.
Article 3 – Acceptance
Placing an order on auroracharms.com constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The customer declares they have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are at least 18 years of age.

Orders are placed exclusively on auroracharms.com. The customer adds items to their cart, reviews their selection, accepts these Terms and Conditions, and completes payment. An order confirmation email is sent immediately after payment is validated. Novateam Box LLC retains ownership of the products until full payment is received.
Article 5 – Pricing and Currency
All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD), inclusive of applicable taxes. Novateam Box LLC reserves the right to modify prices at any time; products are billed at the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

Article 7 – Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery state, in compliance with U.S. tax law.
Article 8 – Returns and Refunds
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return, with no penalty. Returns must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Article 10 – Warranty
All claims must be submitted to contact@auroracharms.com within 30 days of delivery. In the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect, Novateam Box LLC will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund as appropriate.

Novateam Box LLC shall not be liable for damages resulting from misuse of products, force majeure events, or disruptions inherent to internet use. All products comply with applicable U.S. regulations.
