Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return, no questions asked.

Please note that returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Upon approval, you will receive specific return instructions. In most cases, a refund or replacement is offered without requiring physical return of the item.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered)
  • Original packaging must be intact with all tags still attached
  • All included accessories must be present
  • Return must be initiated within the 30-day window

How to Return

  1. Email us at contact@auroracharms.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with instructions and, if required, the return address
  3. If a physical return is required, ship the package using a tracked shipping service
  4. Keep your proof of shipment until your return has been processed

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the following cases:

  • Defective or damaged item upon arrival
  • Incorrect item sent (our error)
  • Item not matching its description

In these cases, we will cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and inspected (within 5 business days), we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days using the same payment method as the original purchase. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at contact@auroracharms.com. We will process your exchange based on stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items with removed tags
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at contact@auroracharms.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
